When I was made Managing Director at Social Chain, I experienced imposter syndrome for the first time, and it completely floored me.
Since then, I’ve discovered that imposter syndrome doesn’t just disappear (70% of successful people experience it at some point), but it can become a superpower.
These days, I help people reframe that feeling - using it as proof that they’re stepping into new levels of growth, rather than a sign that they don’t belong.
Another big turning point in my career was learning the power of knowing my personal values. When I finally figured out what gave me energy (and what drained it), everything changed - from how I made decisions to how I built teams.
Values work is at the core of my coaching, mentoring, workshops, and keynotes because I really do believe it’s the number one foundation for meaningful growth.
